A: Most of the problems can be traced back to bad email addresses at sign up. Send an email to membership and we will have your correction to fix the problem. Lapsed? Send email. MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE SIGNED IN!
Q: Who do I contact for information regarding activities?
A: DO NOT CONTACT THE WEBMASTER AS HE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT AND YOU WON'T GET ANSWERS! Every activity or event has a minimum of one contact person able to help. Go to the Events Calendar for info, registration, and on what is happening. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.
Q: I can't pay for an activity or to join the club using the credit card system.
A: The system rejects anything not input correctly so check that first. Make sure that there is a register button visible. Not all registrations require payment so read the instructions. You must be a member to use the registration system unless posted otherwise. MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE LOGGED IN AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.
Q: My password fell down and it can't get up...or you just forgot it.
A. Just hit the button below the email login and a new set of crazy figures will be sent. You should change it to something that makes sense to you. No one knows or has your password except for you.
Q: My status says that my membership lapsed but I feel fine.
A: Let membership know ASAP and you will be made active if you are current in your dues...and then you will feel better.
WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS, YOU MAY WANT TO DO A RESTART BECAUSE IT FREQUENTLY FIXES SYSTEM PROBLEMS!
